This policy explains what stays on your device, what limited website data may be processed, which third parties are involved, and how you can control optional technologies.
Screenshot PDF is published by the Screenshot PDF team for screenshotpdf.com. Editorial and privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Images, annotations, watermarks and generated PDFs are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload, store or inspect screenshot or document contents on our servers. Local browser memory, blob URLs and canvas data are cleared by the browser when the page or session is closed.
If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may process page URLs, referrer information, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and usage events. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and privacy-focused traffic measurement and may process IP addresses and request metadata. If advertising is enabled after approval and you consent, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to serve, limit and measure ads.
With analytics consent, we may measure editor opens, export starts, successes or failures, page counts, repeat-use intervals, language, offer views and uninstall-reason selections. We do not include screenshot contents, file names, typed watermark text, email addresses or other direct identifiers in these events.
We use local storage to remember your privacy choices and essential interface preferences. Optional Google services are not loaded until the matching choice is granted. When advertising is enabled, third parties may place or read cookies and may use web beacons or IP addresses to collect information for ad delivery and measurement.
You can accept, reject or change optional analytics and advertising choices at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. You can also manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Withdrawing consent stops future optional loading on this site but does not automatically delete data previously processed by a third party.
Google and Cloudflare may process information in countries outside your own. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards they use for international transfers. We only enable optional Google services after the corresponding consent choice.
Screenshot contents are not retained by our servers. Consent choices remain in your browser until you change them or clear site data. Third-party service data is retained under the applicable account settings and provider policies. We limit event parameters and review integrations to reduce unnecessary collection.
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent. Contact us with the browser, approximate date and nature of your request; do not send private screenshot contents unless they are necessary for support.
The service is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly create advertising audiences from child-directed activity or intentionally collect personal information from children.
We will update the date above when this policy changes materially. Material changes to optional data use will be reflected in the privacy choice interface before the relevant service is enabled.
